CHRISTOPH GRAINGER-HERR was appointed CEO of IWC at the start of the year, having steadily climbed the company ranks for the previous ten years. After training in design and interior design, he laid the foundation of his career in that field in the course of five years spent in London and Zurich, before joining IWC via its marketing department, followed by roles as Associate Director Strategic Planning and Associate Director Retail in 2016.
JULIEN TORNARE relinquished his post as Vacheron Constantin’s Managing Director Asia Pacific on a Friday, and by the following Monday, May 1st, was already in place as CEO of ZENITH. He began his career as a Sales Area Manager for Raymond Weil, before being appointed Director of the Swiss market for Vacheron Constantin in 2000 and subsequently President of Vacheron Constantin North America and then International Sales Director until 2011 when he left for Hong Kong.
LAURENS PEETERS was appointed CEO of LEBEAU COURALLY at the start of the year, having been actively developing the brand for more than two years. He has honed his skills by working in sales for Valentino and especially through his six years as trade and B to B manager for LVMH in Belgium.
DANIELA LEONE returned to the watch industry at the start of the year as Marketing and Communication Director for PARMIGIANI FLEURIER, after a one-year interlude with Upfluence, and of course 15 years in TAG Heuer international press relations, followed by five years as International Marketing Director and Board Member at Victorinox Swiss Army.
