Hublot / Harry Winston : Hublot & Ferrari / Harry Winston and women

Hublot hits the track with Ferrari
Formula 1 motor-racing is nothing new for Hublot, and it is hardly surprising that the dynamic brand headed by Jean-Claude Biver has signed an agreement in November with the famous F1 team. This is far more than a mere partnership serving to create a watch collection or to leverage a licensing agreement: Hublot is becoming the exclusive timekeeping partner of Ferrari’s activities, thus becoming Official Ferrari Watch, Official Ferrari Timekeeper, Official Watch of the Scuderia Ferrari, Official Timekeeper of the Ferrari Challenge … It all began on November 5th on the international Mugello circuit near Florence, where the Ferrari world finals are held – the traditional event rounding off the sporting season for the “prancing horse”. Various operations are already scheduled on emerging markets such as China and the Middle East.

Harry Winston and influential women
It’s a well-known fact that the “King of Diamonds” has always loved women, and this penchant was confirmed at the end of October when the brand served for the second year running as presenting sponsor of the International Hall of Fame Awards ceremony held by the International Women’s Forum (IWF) in Washington, D.C. This annual event rewards the most influential women from 45 different countries and a wide range of spheres of activity. Four distinguished personalities were honoured : fashion model Heidi Klum, India’s seminal film-maker Nandita Das, Anna Fendi, designer from the House of Fendi; and Chen Zhili, President of the All China Women’s Federation and the first female Minister of Education of the PRC.
