Richard Mille & Alexis Pinturault 

Alexis Pinturault, Richard Mille’s brand new ambassador, has already won the Wengen slalom in January, as well as a bronze medal at the Olympic Games in Sochi. Encouraged by his earlier victories during the junior world championships in 2009 and 2011, Alexis Pinturault has continuously improved and is looking forward to a promising career. In addition to his determination and dynamism, the 22 year-old athlete is highly versatile, and likely to join the line-up of the five downhill skiing trials (from slalom to downhill) with his RM on his wrist. Tested on the most hectic ski runs, the brand’s next creations will be up to taking on the greatest extremes in the Alpine environment.

 

Cartier & St. Moritz

On a warm Sunday in February, Cartier and Ralph Lauren battled out the final of the St. Moritz Polo World Cup on Snow on the frozen lake in highly sought-after ski resort, St. Moritz. It was finally the colour red, representing the House of Cartier, which triumphed. Thousands of spectators attended the occasion and enjoyed a grandstand view of this eagerly anticipated annual match. Since 1985, the Cartier brand has partnered this not-to-be-missed polo tournament, which attracts a large number of experienced fans to each annual edition. This year, the sports meeting was attended by more than a thousand spectators who came together for the four day competition. Cartier won the golden mallet, the symbolic trophy of this well-deserved victory, with a final score of 2:1.

 

Oris & Audi 

Having just celebrated its centenary, Oris has become the official partner of Audi Sport’s WEC and DTM teams. The watch brand will be present at all events, actively participating in the various automobile competitions where its image will appear on Audi Sport’s LMP1 cars, during the famous race at Le Mans as well as at g the DTM competitions. The few words uttered by Ulrich W. Brice Lechevalier is editor-in-chief of GMT and Skippers, which he co-founded in 2000 and 2001 respectively. He has also been CEO of WorldTempus since it joined the GMT Publishing stable, of which he is director and joint shareholder. In 2012 he created the Geneva Watch Tour, and he has been an advisor to the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève since 2011. Also closely involved in sailing, he has published the magazine of the Société Nautique de Genève since 2003, and was one of the founders of the SUI Sailing Awards in 2009 and the Concours d’Elégance for motor boats at the Cannes Yachting Festival in 2015.
