Born in 1977 with the famous wave-link bracelet, a motif that was to become a brand signature, the Sport Classic by Ebel made its grand comeback in early 2017. The sprightly 40-year-old icon of casual chic style maintains its bezel with functional screws topping a hexagonal case with pure lines, accentuated by a polished chamfer. Its remarkably supple, seamlessly integrated bracelet forms waves, featuring a slightly more pronounced pattern designed to reinforce the sense of motion. It is fitted with a secure new jewelry clasp. The dial is distinguished by modernized Roman numerals, generally painted in black on a white background. Available in three different sizes : Mini (24mm), Lady (29mm) and Gent (40mm), the new Sport Classic collection generally comes in gold and steel versions, some of them enhanced with diamonds. An all-gold interpretation intended for women with a taste for sophistication has recently made an appearance.
