Holder of the world’s thinnest automatic tourbillon record, the Octo Finissimo once again topped the podium by becoming the thinnest carbon watch in the world. Its vital statistics ? 42mm in diameter, 3.95mm thick and weighing in at a feather-light 48 grams ! A robust yet light feel is guaranteed for this watch with its futuristic design, symbolizing the technical and aesthetic virtuosity of the Italian brand. At the heart of the case, Bvlgari revisits in a blackened version the BL 288 mechanism that earned the Octo Finissimo the record for slimness in the automatic tourbillon category. Its distinctive features are a skeleton movement, a flying tourbillon equipped with a ballbearing system, a peripheral oscillating weight and a 52-hour power reserve, all accommodated within a thickness of just 1.95mm. A distillation of performance that, entirely clothed in carbon CTP, from case to strap, once again ups the ante in terms of watchmaking prowess.
