H. Moser & Cie. : Riding the creative wave

While H. Moser & Cie plays on rarity as a key asset, this little gem of a company from Schaffhausen certainly shows a rare talent for pursuing its efforts in the field of development. These technical and aesthetic endeavors are highlighted in the new Venturer Small Seconds Bucherer Edition – an exclusive white gold interpretation featuring a night-blue fumé dial with sunburst motif – an unusual color echoing that of the balance and balance-spring of its hand-wound caliber. However, this year’s major innovation from H. Moser & Cie is embodied in the Venturer Tourbillon Dual Time, a model inspired by traditional pocket-watches, by the 1920s Bauhaus movement, as well as by the 1960s aesthetic showcased in the convex shape of the glass. This elegant expression of elegance is driven by the self-winding Manufacture HMC 802 caliber. In addition, the Straumann double balance-spring serves to enhance the watch’s precision and isochronism. Moreover, the interchangeable tourbillon module presented as a world first facilitates watch maintenance – an innovative system entirely in line with the pure classicism cultivated by H. Moser & Cie in the “blue-sky thinking” mode.
