After onyx and aventurine, H. Moser is adopting a new stone with its Endeavour Tourbillon Concept Tiger Eye collection. The dial of this version is in Falcon’s Eye, the blue variant of Tiger Eye. This quartz is distinguished by its aggregates of fiber-like inclusions appearing in parallel strata, which Moser has selected with such care that they form well-ordered, graphically expressive trajectories. This pattern varies from stone to stone, layer to layer, giving each of the 50 specimens a truly unique appearance. The shimmer of these stones, previously almost unknown in the watch industry, naturally lent itself to the Endeavour Concept family and its principle of extreme aesthetic purity. Not a single inscription disturbs the fascinating beauty of the Falcon’s Eye. The front features just two hands and an opening revealing the tourbillon with its openworked cage carrying a double balance-spring. Visible through the caseback, the show performed by Caliber HMC 804 with its large gold rotor provides a striking contrast with the pared-down dial of this timepiece.
