Louis Vuitton has plenty of tricks in its chequered bags, even when it comes to watchmaking. Since 2002, the number of Louis Vuitton watches is developing in step with the area dedicated to them in its boutiques worldwide, and with the production capacities in La Chaux-de-Fonds. With its two new Tambour Automatic Chronographs, the official timekeeper of the Louis Vuitton Cup and the 34th America’s Cup offers nothing less than a new way to fly (with the Flyback version) and to travel (with the Tachometer version pictured above). An original counter layout makes a perfect match with the tone-on-tone colour play featured in the two limited series, reflecting the importance of design for this brand which is looking to invest more and more in new ways of reading the time.
