While the Masterpiece traditionally houses movements designed and developed by Maurice Lacroix, its exterior is enjoying a facelift that is particularly showcased in the Squelette model. Firmly geared towards lifestyle and contemporary aesthetics, the new Maurice Lacroix design approach focuses on achieving a symbiosis between the movement and its outside. Introduced at Baselworld 2013, the Masterpiece Le Chronographe Squelette features a Manufacture-made movement splendidly enhanced by a finely contrasting openworked effect revealing the column wheel, the escapement and the balance of ML Calibre 106. Offering a variety that will make things tough for indecisive natures, this new model is available in four limited series featuring different movement decorations: blue nickel, pink gold, rhodium or ruthenium-plated. The hands and straps are interpreted in versions matching the colour of the material chosen.
